Vigan Group supported ABSL WB Conference 2025, held on 23–24 October in Sarajevo, as part of its ongoing mission to strengthen Albania’s role in the regional and international business landscape.
The event — co-organized by ABSL chapters from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Serbia — brought together over 200 senior executives, investors, and policymakers to explore the future of the business services industry under the theme “Unlocking Potential: Balkan Bridges for Global Impact.”
Through the leadership of CEO Arjodita Mustali, who also serves as President of ABSL Albania, Vigan Group showcased Albania’s growing contribution to regional economic transformation, talent development, and investment readiness.
As moderator of the high-level panel “Attracting Investments to the Western Balkans by Investment Agencies,” Ms. Mustali facilitated a forward-looking discussion with representatives from national investment agencies and international organizations — focusing on the region’s competitiveness, reform agenda, and sustainable investment opportunities.
The conference featured prominent industry leaders from Concentrix, Transcom, DDC Group, Manpower, TELUS Digital, Telemach, and GIZ, alongside AIDA (Albania), KAIP (Bosnia), and MIA (Montenegro).
Vigan Group’s participation reinforced its strategic vision of building bridges between business, talent, and innovation, positioning Albania as a competitive hub for international partnerships and regional collaboration.
The event was supported by RECONOMY, a regional inclusive and green economic development program funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and implemented by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation in partnership with Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe and other regional partners.
