During these hard times we are coping with from last year, many women were faced with a harsh work environment and job market, sacrificing their abilities for a system which does not appreciate them enough. In Albania, this situation gets worse due to social, economical and political issues.
In this research you can find a reflection of what Albanian women experience in their workplace altogether with their difficulties, prejudices and achievements.
The authors of this research Msc. Evis Nasto and Ma. Enxhi Nasto deliver a clear mirror of the working environment expressed from the point of view of Albanian working women.
